Our client’s vision is to become the leading online lotto operator. The Senior PM will be key to achieving this ambition and will sit within the PMO department, under the CIO remit, reporting to the Head of PMO. The successful candidate will manage all initiatives and projects focusing on the pillars of growth, experience, people, and compliance. The portfolio requires someone that can juggle two to four projects at one time.

Although relatively small in size the team is of strategic value to the business supporting the OKRs process, the strategic objectives as well as delivery across different jurisdictions and countries. The role will incorporate business functions including engineering, product management, UX/UI, Business Intelligence, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Tax and Compliance teams.

In this role, you could be working on projects such as customer transformation, launching a product into a new market, regulatory compliance audits, integration of systems, people and processes, license applications,  delivering ERP (HR & Finance) or selecting a new system/tool and rollout into the business.

Preference will be given to candidates that can demonstrate experience in a few of the areas below:

  • Software development lifecycle
  • Product delivery and rollout
  • Integration of businesses
  • Integration of systems and associated change management
  • ERP (Finance and HR landscape)
  • Compliance and Legal

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience of cross-functional, end-to-end project management.
  • Solid background executing technology and business projects including business readiness and change management.
  • Results-driven, leading from the front and taking the teams through the journey.
  • Ability to juggle different projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment building effective relationships.
  • Skilled in critical path management.
  • Demonstrate ownership, growth, entrepreneurship and resilience.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Formally trained in project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of agile and waterfall methods.
  • Comfortable using Confluence and JIRA.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Business Analysis skills
  • Senior Management exposure, and
  • Gaming and Betting experience.
